Chein-Chi Chang教授是美国University of Maryland大学研究生教授，美国华盛顿特区水务局教授级高级工程师，主讲过研究生课程《Ecological Engineering》、《Modern Environmental Engineering》、《Storm Water Management》、《Database Management in Environmental Engineering》等课程，有丰富的教学与科研经验，长期从事雨水管理、水环境污染优化控制技术研究，发表高水平论文近50篇。现为美国水环境联合会(Water Environment Federation)流域管理委员会副主席与美国水环境联合会切萨皮克水环境协会副会长。在水环境领域具有很高的国际学术影响力。

Abstract: This talk will cover ecological engineering design for urban storm water management in the United States. The design includes green infrastructure such as bioretention, green roof, bioswale, porous pavement, and others. The talk will discuss how several cities in the United States are implementing ecological engineering in their city planning.
讲座二：Stream and river restoration in the United States
Abstract: Degradation of stream and river becomes the water quality and erosion issues in the United States. This talk will address how to restore stream and river back to the original or better condition in the long run. The talk will discuss Total Maximum Daily Load and MS$ requirements in the United States. It will present the technologies to restore the stream and river, and meet those requirements.
